OUR FOCUS
At Belvedere our main focus is to create a design suitable to your home and personal needs. Our ultimate goal is, to unite your residence to the existing ecological landscapes through the use of California native and friendly plant palettes, while providing you with a beautiful view to enjoy.
HOW LONG DOES AN AVERAGE PROJECT TAKE?
Process varies from project to project but a standard time line can be about 3 - 12 weeks.

Our bread and butter is RESIDENTIAL design. Whether you own acres of land or a small patio space we are here to help.

DO YOU DO INSTALLATION AS WELL?
We currently solely produce 2D packages with 3D models depending on the project. However we have a list of recommended, certified contractors that are ready to help take your design to the next phase and the Belvedere team will be present to oversee the installation upon request.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY DESIGN PACKAGE?
Our design Packages consist of :
+ Master plan _ A finished design in a color format.
+ Site and Layout plan _ The exact location of landscape elements such as; water features, walkways, patios, plant material etc.
+ Planting plan _ Size and quantities of plants implemented in the design.
+ Plant palette _ An array of sample pictures of the plant material to be used.
+ 3D model and renderings _ A depiction of the future design, which conveys a more accurate visual representation.
